Introduction

The County of Victoria was created from the Mexican Municipality in 1836, and organized the same year. It is a Southern region of Texas. The county is named for Mexican President Guadalupe Victoria. Victoria is the county seat. Thus far we have only found the following Census record for a TOTTY in this county.
