Notes: [BTM] Peter Anderson COMBS was my
gg grandfather. He was married to Kesiah LuAnna LANCASTER in Allen
Co., KY on July 9, 1859. They migrated to Gibson and Posey Co., IN.
They then moved to Iowa near Des Moines after 1860. I have not found
them in the 1870 census records. They moved to Kansas before the
opening of the Cherokee Strip. The family obtained land during the
run in Kay
County, OK. Their son Albert listed above, married
Hulda Mae PROBASCO and had my grandmother Birdie Lorena COMBS HOISINGOTN.
Birdie Combs HOISINGTON married Freddie Franklin HOSINGTON and their oldest
child and daughter was my mother Lorena Pearl HOISINGTON who married Vernon
Estell TOTTY my father. see also Cowley

son Sept 1861 39 S KY NC VA
Note: BTM] This Emma TOTTY has yet to
be identified her husband, from this record it shows that he was born in
NC where the TOTTY families were known to migrated from Virginia.
The record was unclear and very hard to read on the son's name above.
If anyone can identify the maiden name of Emma or connect her to her TOTTY
husband or her son's correct given name along with connecting him to his
father and his ancestors, please advise.
