The County of Pratt was created from Stafford County in 1867 which was created from Unorganized Territority. Pratt is the county seat. Thus far we have only found the following 1900 Census record for a TOTTY in this county.

Note: BTM] This James TOTTY has yet to be identified with his parents. If anyone can connect him to his ancestors, please advise.

TOTTY, Alice Servant WF 1875 28 S MO KY KY
Notes: BTM] This may likely be Alice TOTTY PIERPOINT, daughter of James William TOTTY and Nancy Jane (Holman) TOTTY. Could the James TOTTY above be connected to this family? Alice did have a brother James TOTTY, but I show his date of birth as August 8th 1869.
