Introduction

The County of Warren was established in 1793 from Columbia, Richmond and Wilkes Counties.  The county seat is located in Warrenton, GA.   Columbia was created from Richmond in 1790, and Richmond was created from St. Paul's Parish in 1777.  Wilkes Co., was an original County of Georgia.

Warren Co deed 3/12/1805, Jeremiah and Josiah BEALLE to John MATHEWS, one acre.

Baltimore 1984. page 25]  Joseph BEALLE of Warren Co., Ga., his est. adm. 12/2/1806, with Elias, Thaddeus, Jr., Thaddeus, Sr. bound to court, as admrs.
Note:  Joseph BEALLE was the father of 1) Josiah BEALLE of Morgan Co., Georgia,  who married Ann DENT on Oct. 15, 1822 in Franklin Co. Ga.,   2) Thaddeus BEALLE who married Mary JONES of Columbia County Georgia on Jan. 28, 1805, they had a daughter Martha E. BEALLE who married John TOTTY of Clarke County, Georgia on June 7, 1827.  3) Elias BEALLE who married Polly Neal, of Warren Co., GA on May 19, 1804.  4) Jeremiah BEALLE who married Elizabeth COTTON of Warren Co.

Baltimore 1984. page 25]  Warren Deed, Jeremiah and Elizabeth, his wife of Warrenton, to David BUSH.
The children of Jeremiah removed to Wilkinson Co. Ga. 1) Charles Clayton BEALLE, b. 1798 m Ellifair DENNARD 12/24/1825. 2) Samuel BEALLE, b. 1782, merchant, m.Elizabeth GILBERT, b. 1787; 3) Walter W. BEALLE b. 1798.
Note:  Jeremiah BEALLE was the Uncle of Martha E. BEALLE TOTTY wife of John TOTTY of Clarke County, Georgia.  We are still trying to identify the family or ancestors of this John TOTTY.    Does anybody know who John TOTTY decends from?

Baltimore 1984. page 25] Ordered that Elias BEALLE have leave to remove adm. of est of Howard BEALLE in Oglethorpe Co.
Note:  Elias BEALLE was the Uncle of Marthe E. BEALLE TOTTY who married John TOTTY who we are still in the process of trying to identify.
